- We accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts. Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Please email support@glendro.com with photos of the item, package, and shipping label showing the issue. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund.
